Lol, so 3am is my start time during my work week because I have an hour commute and because my morning ritual consists of things to do before leaving for work: Create My Day Journal, Yoga, and Tai Chi or Qi gong routine. Since my "re-pivot" and a more focused path to my starting my business brand, surrendering and releasing, major shifts, that 3am has been pushed to 430 on some days because I am putting in some late nights. I am still getting those three things done though. On the weekend and other days off, I strive to keep up the 3am but it is more like 8 and sometimes I am not as productive on the weekend as I am during the week. Because I create my own schedule at work, I get a lot done on my business while I am on the clock :)

It sounds like you create a great synergy. I dont believe in balance I believe in synergy. What refreshes you is important, now what or how someone else TELLS you to do it. I like how you are ok with less productive days, because you a human, not a machine. I loved hearing about your routines and rituals.
